Having worked inside state government, I understand the bureaucracy, the compliance requirements and the need to demonstrate value for public money. I also bring deep social sector expertise — so you get someone who understands both sides and can hit the ground running.

I help philanthropists and funders design grant programs that actually work, make confident funding decisions, and support the organisations they fund to succeed. Having worked on both sides of the grant process, I know what good looks like, and I know how to spot when it doesn't.
